- Opening Remarks – Matt Gragg, Chairman
- Appreciation for partnership with Manny’s over the 2021/2022 season – they have been an invaluable partner with the ATL Spurs, and we thank them for all of the work that Manny and the staff do to create a great atmosphere for the team on game days.
- Club Goals – Matt Gragg, Chairman
- Provide an inclusive community for Hotspurs fans to meet both online and in person
- Attract new fans to the Tottenham Hotspurs
- Provide members assistance with securing match tickets
- Make a difference in our city by performing community outreach projects
- Position the club as a viable preseason option for Spurs in the future

- Unanimous approval was given by the attendees
- Year in Review – Matt Gragg, Chairman
- Took place during an international pandemic
- Started with Nuno Santo, and struggled to get results
- Santo was removed, and Antonio Conte was brought in
- Conte brought the team from 9th place to a 4th place finish in EPL – bringing Spurs into the Champions League
- Started 2022/2023 season with multiple early signings
- Club Finances Update – Beth Davis, Treasurer
- ATL Spurs has never charged a membership fee in order to be as inclusive as possible, we never want a membership fee to be a barrier to joining the club
- Money is raised through the sale of merchandise to pay club dues, pay for activities, and donate to charities
- Club currently has a positive balance of just under $4000
- We were able to do multiple charitable donations last year, including Soccer in the Streets
- Social Media Update – Compiled by Aviva Summers, Social Media Guru (delivered by Beth Davis)
- ATL Spurs has over 4,000 Twitter followers – 1,300 new followers in the past year, generating a total of 440,000 tweet impressions, 57,500 profile visits, and 806 mentions
- 713 Instagram followers
- 901 members in Facebook group (doubled in past year)
- Community Outreach Report – Beth Davis, Treasurer
- Currently seeking a Community Outreach Officer to arrange 4-6 outreach activities over the next year
- Merchandise Update – Robert Lee, Merchandise Czar
- We currently have old inventory left over from last year’s run that is available
- Currently designing new merchandise for this year
- T-Shirt in spring
- Scarf in autumn
- Looking to incorporate the club’s 10-year anniversary into the design
- Design ideas/suggestions are welcome
- Potential idea to make vinyl vehicle stickers
- New limited run Tessie shirt to be made available within the next couple of weeks
- Will be available by preorder only
- All proceeds from sales will go to Canine Cellmates

- Tottenham has been offering an avenue to supports clubs to obtain tickets and Matt has been submitting requests
- Deadline dates are currently available on the Facebook group, will be made available on the website
- In order to request tickets, Matt will need your name and Spurs client registration number (CRN) – tickets are loaded directly into account, but not guaranteed

- Champions League tickets are not available through ATL Spurs, however, Matt has been able to get tickets directly through the club using CRN
- Are ATL Spurs going to organize anything for the World Cup
